RESPONSIBLE MINDSET

HI ! My today’s topic is about our mindset. My post “HABIT” talked about how important habits are to make you, a successful person. But how do they transform you into successful person from a failure one? Simple they change your mindset and to be precise, a Responsible Mindset. Now what is this Responsible mindset? From my view point it is about two things: 

First, being aware about your rights and accepting them. 

Second, being aware of your duties/responsibilities and accepting them.

Generally people pick up the first one very quickly. As it is very beneficial to them. But they try to avoid the later one. Obviously, who wants bear the responsibility ?

Success = Accepting ( Rights + Responsibilities )

But let me tell you one thing. You take any successful person. Go through their lives. Analyze their life path. And you will realize that they started their journey of success, once they became more responsible and started accepting their duties. Till the time you just accept the first part you live a an average life.

But once you accept the second part about duties, you begin to take steps ahead to fulfill your dreams.
Of course success isn’t only about taking the responsibilities, there are other thing which we will discuss in future posts. But unless you take the first step how could you take next one? So the first step is and always will be Responsible Mindset. Because once you accept the responsibilities, opportunities come your way due to your creditworthy reputation.

People with this mindset may see struggle in their lives but they never back down. Why? Simple. Because they know they are going to be responsible for whatever they do, say or act upon. And hence, they remain trustworthy. But is it that easy in practicality?

Trust me, it is not so easy. It require guts to be responsible one. If you are still confused, watch your parents or elders who are your idols. A greatest examples are in your own families, friends. These people took the responsibility of their duties, roles in family, in society, in community. And once they did they stood like a rock and never let anything affected them. Ask them was it easy? Hell no. But it wasn’t impossible either. And that’s why they are your idols. So, even you can do it.

Let me assure you, the journey is worth it yet difficult. Not a smooth ride. Lot of bumps and twist & turns are waiting for you, if you take it. Because after all, everyone wants to be on top of the food chain of success. But the question is how many are willing to climb or willing to stay at bottom. So from now on, accept your rights and as well as accept your duties. Be responsible and be consistent with the approach. And success is yours.
