MARVEL's THE AVENGERS (2012) AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Today’s topic is Avengers movie (2012) and its relatedness to Team Development Process. Now I am sure many among this blog's readers, does like Hollywood movies and especially Marvel’s. The whole team behind Marvel movie has done an amazing job. One of the milestone movie in this franchise is Marvel's The Avengers released in 2012. I have seen that movie several times. So while thinking about it I observed one interesting thing. And that is , how this movie gets evolved and reflects the concept of TEAM DEVELOPMENT STAGES. Last semester I learned this concept. Basically this concept related to how teams evolve from initial stage to its dissolution. It mainly has four phases. Later on additional phase has been added.
