Every weekend like regular Indian family we were watching reality shows. While talking to my parents between the commercials I came across one thing. They were comparing two shows anchors. One of them is their favorite and other one is not. The reason they gave me was very interesting, and that clicked today's topic. Their reason was one of the anchor is not doing his job with full potential. In other words his words, body language lacks compassion. Because he's not doing it from within. We could see that he is nervous, less confident while interacting even though he's been anchoring for so many episodes. And the other one was totally reverse. Relaxed, confident, friendly. This is generally what we observe about people on daily basis especially when we are working men/women. Because we come across many people. But the question is why does people show signs of nervousness, lack of confidence etc. Or in simple words, why couldn't people achieve what they are supposed...

HI ! My today’s topic is about our mindset. My post “HABIT” talked about how important habits are to make you, a successful person. But how do they transform you into successful person from a failure one? Simple they change your mindset and to be precise, a Responsible Mindset. Now what is this Responsible mindset? From my view point it is about two things:  First, being aware about your rights and accepting them.  Second, being aware of your duties/responsibilities and accepting them. Generally people pick up the first one very quickly. As it is very beneficial to them. But they try to avoid the later one. Obviously, who wants bear the responsibility ? Success = Accepting ( Rights + Responsibilities ) But let me tell you one thing. You take any successful person. Go through their lives. Analyze their life path. And you will realize that they started their journey of success, once they became more responsible and started accepting their duties. Till the time you just accept ...

WE human beings have thoughts making our desires. Then it gets converted into demands (as learned in economics). These unsatisfied wants give all of us motivation to go out there and do something to satisfy ourselves. That “ do something” part is very important. Because it may give us heavenly feeling or hurt us afterward. And then depending on that, we automatically decide our standard of livings. But is there anything out there which can help us to get what we want and yet doing it in rightful and ethical manner. Yes! There is. INTUITION. Your intuition is nothing but road maps laid down by our mind and soul. I believe that these intuitions comes out on surface from deep down our minds and souls. And hence they give us the alternatives which are safe, secure and are good for ourselves. Because that’s how we can proceed without getting hurt.
