ONE STEP AT A TIME...

Hi everyone. Today while coming back to home I was talking to my friend, Karan Chaudhari. We were discussing many things. But on some points we had some different ideas. But on one point we mutually agreed. And that was, "Success does not come overnight.". It comes after a journey that begins with a motive and goes on with the experiences, hardship, good-bad relationships and many other things. And that requires time. And hence we can say that success does come ONE STEP AT A TIME.

As we all can agree upon, success doesn't come overnight. Sometimes we feel some people has got it overnight. But it is not that case. Because the behind the scene tells you a different story. For quite a long time one images circulates on Social media. Which actually reflects our today's discussion topic. That image is as follows:

The picture speaks for itself. So no need to explain. Right. But we all can agree that the iceberg tip is the only thing we all watch. Including me. I am no exception. But just like you all I also know, in back of mind that the below the surface stuff is very important to accomplish that above the surface success.

A very good example of this topic could be us only. I can say that because today I was being nostalgic. Because almost a year ago I started my MMS studies in NMITD, Dadar. At that time from induction day itself, I decided one thing. This is my chance to relive the college life. One more and could be for last time. My goals were simple. They were developing myself and at the same time enjoying the whole process. After a year or so I am at the position where I can say that have accomplished everything I have decided last year. But a year passed by to accomplish everything.

You can have another example of a very good individual. Who's that ? Of course... It is YOU. Try to recollect those past memories, and select any successful one where you actually accomplished your goal. It could be you scoring good marks. It could be you , completing a work project. Or it could be personality development. Anything you have achieved. You will realize and agree that it was not easy yet it was worth it.

Even today also you might be going through that process for some another cause or goal. Because life is like a river. It must go on and on. So if you are in middle of something to achieve, you will surely say that the big win comes with small small wins over the period of time. And those small wins are nothing but outcome of your time, money, hard work, sacrifices you put through. And collectively these experiences over the period of time, happening again and again gives you accomplishments. That is you achieving your goals.

And every win gives you a boost up. A confidence to go for another one. And then another one. Sometimes you met with failures. But nothing is permanent. So again you come back on track, thanks to all the wins prior to that failure. And then again start the journey towards the Success.
