MY POINT OF VIEW ON...VIEW POINTS

Hi everyone. Your comments are making my thinking process and writing activity better and better, day by day. I am grateful for that. A BIG THANK YOU.

Your feedback are very valuable. One of the feedback came from my college friend and our class representative Karan Chaudhari. And that suggestion is our today’s topic. View Points.

We all are unique in certain ways. So does our view points. And they do reflect our personality to others. As you can see, the above image can clarify what I wants to say. They both have right points from their perspectives. But still, it seems that they are having some funny confusion over who is right. In other way we can say that they both are judging each others through their respective point of views.

Hence we can say that this is general situation for all of us. Where we find ourselves having difference of opinions which may be true on their separate grounds with explanations. But still we have them. Those who are mature enough and are aware about this, try to understand others view points. And while doing so they become vary cautious. Because, that gives them two benifit.

One, understand what the other person wants to convey and what he/she has on their minds.
And second, to have a positive image of oneself among others.

Because a person with positive images gets more attention and is likely to succeed in conveying his thoughts.

But all the time we cannot be so cautious . Some off guard moments make us judge others instantly without even knowing their background or without understanding gravity of the situation.

Of course instantly it doesn't make us immature also. It also does not mean that we are negative individuals. But certainly, these moments make others also start judging us also. But up to a certain point it is all ok.

Because it is not possible for anyone to have correct viewpoints all the time. And it is also not possible to understand other's point of view. Because our view points are products of our culture, upbringing, attitude, life experiences etc.

But as the time progresses and we become more mature. We learn many things. We learn to observe people and situations. We learn to keep calm and listen to others. And I mean listen not hearing. We learn to respect the fact that even others can have their independent view points and they could differ with ours. And these learning experiences reduces our chances of having off guard moments.

Classic example could be in different perspective. Positive and negative view points. A classic debate of a glass half filled could be very good example.
Some may say Thank God ! It is half filled.
Some may say Oh my God ! It is half empty.
Either way we are taking God responsible. Jokes a part but see that is how people react. Of course other endless possibilities are there. No doubt about that.

But what we learn is Viewpoints reflects who we are. What we have been through and what lessons we learned out of it. Hence underlining their importance. View points also suggests our other personality traits apart from positive and negative impact.

But now in my view point I have to stop somewhere and that is here. The reason is this is such a complex topic. And cannot be covered in a single post. Because the more you write, the more you think, “Oh snap. I forgot something to mention”. But I do have my limitations. But this one topic I would certainly love discuss in detail. But some other day. For the time being bye bye. And do take care of your view points.
